Notice of the Associated Credit Union Annual Meeting
The Associated Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM at our Main Office, located at 6251 Crooked Creek Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092-3107.
Four members will be elected to the Board of Directors to serve three-year terms. Interested members must submit their applications and résumés to our Main Office by 4:00 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026. Please direct applications to Tom Maiellaro, Vice President of Marketing.
The chairman's appointed Nominating Committee will review all applications and announce the nominated candidates on Friday, February 6, 2026.
Members not selected by the Nominating Committee may seek nomination by petition. Petitions must include the signatures of at least 50 members and be submitted by Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Requests to address new business items (excluding election-related matters) must be submitted in writing to the Chairman at least 30 days prior to the meeting.
