As part of the transition from Coca-Cola Credit Union to Associated Credit Union, we’re excited to share that your current VISA® Credit Card will upgrade to a new ACU VISA® Platinum Preferred co-branded Credit Card beginning on June 15, 2026, bringing you enhanced features, added value, and greater convenience.

  • As part of this upgrade, you will soon receive your new VISA® Platinum Preferred co-branded Credit Card.

    • You may continue using your current CCCU VISA Credit Card through Sunday, June 14, 2026

      *Please do not discard your current CCCU Credit Card until you receive and activate your new one

    • Be sure to activate your new ACU VISA® co-branded Credit Card by Monday, June 15, 2026 to avoid service delays.

    NOTE: Your interest rate and payment amount will not change. Your Payment Due Date will change to one of ACU’s established payment dates.

  • Update your payment method if you currently use CCCU Online Banking to pull funds from another financial institution to make your credit card payment. These payments will not process after the systems convert to ACU on June 1, 2026. To avoid any disruption, you’ll need to establish a new payment method.

  • If you currently use CCCU Online Banking to pull payments from another financial institution, those payments will stop after systems convert on June 1, 2026.

    As of May 1, 2026, you will access your credit card information through direct sign-on with EZCard. In order to access, you will need to enroll your card with a username and password. If you need help setting-up your EZCard credentials, please click HERE for step-by-step instructions.

    Beginning June 1, 2026, card payments can be made in the following ways:

  • Now that Coca-Cola Credit Union has merged with ACU, we are switching your Visa Credit Card processor to a new company.

  • No, the switch should not impact your credit score. This will not require any pull of your credit report.

  • The new cards will begin arriving early June 2026.

  • You can activate start using your new Visa Credit Card on Monday, June 15, 2026.

  • Yes, your spending limit and interest rate will stay the same. Your payment due date will change to one of ACU’s established payment dates.

  • No. Your new Credit Card will have a new co-branded image!

  • Yes. All Coca-Cola Credit Union members with a current Visa Credit Card will get a new card with a new number and a new expiration date.

  • No. If you currently have a Visa Credit Card with Coca-Cola Credit Union, you will automatically receive a new Visa co-branded Credit Card during the reissue period.

  • As we transition to our new Credit Card processor, we are permanently disabling EZCard access. We are replacing this service with an integrated platform that will be accessible through Online Banking. The new platform will be available on Monday, June 15.

  • No, for any recurring transactions you will be required to update your card number with each merchant on or after Monday, June 15, 2026. 

  • Yes you will have to re-enroll in E-Statements.

  • Yes, all ACU Visa Cards earn Scorecard Reward Points (1 point per $1 earned) that you can redeem for merchandise and travel options. You will be able to access your rewards through your ACU Online Banking profile after June 15, 2026.

  • Please notify the joint owner that they’ll receive a new card in June and will have to activate it as well.

  • No. You will have different card numbers for each person on your Credit Card.

What is Scorecard rewards?

ScoreCard Rewards is an exclusive rewards program for all Associated Credit Union Visa® Credit Cards. Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, and their current balance appears on each monthly statement. Points can be redeemed for a variety of options, including travel, gift cards, and purchase discounts.

Accessing rewards is simple. Members can log in to acuonline.org and select the ScoreCard Rewards link to view and redeem their points or visit www.scorecardrewards.com. For added convenience, members may also call 800-854-0790 for assistance.

What is DX Online?

DX Online is a feature of ACU Online Banking, providing Visa Credit Card members with access to account management tools.

It centralizes important tasks such as viewing balances, making payments, managing statements, and handling issues and travel notifications.

  • Account Access and Management

    • Balances: View current, available, and statement balances, as well as payment due dates and minimum payment requirements.

    • Transaction History: Access pending and posted transactions, searchable by merchant name, amount, or status.

    • Statements: Digital statements accumulate from enrollment and are viewable for up to 24 months.

    Payments

    • One-time Payments: Make payments directly from any account.

    • Recurring (Automatic) Payments: Schedule future or recurring payments for convenience.

    • Payment Authorization: All payments require confirmation via pop-up authorization, selecting amount, account, and date.

    Enrollment and Users Enrollment

    • Done via ACU Online Banking.

  • Travel Notices

    • Place travel notifications to avoid card interruptions while traveling by specifying dates and destinations.

    Dispute Claims

    • Immediate service channels are available for card replacement and dispute initiation.

    Added Security

    • Users have the ability to add alerts and controls, such as suspending the card.

  • Support

    • Assistance for login issues and other account questions is available through ACU’s dedicated Card Services team.

    • Pop-up confirmations and verifications help ensure transaction security and prevent errors.

    Best Practices

    • Statements and Records: Print or save digital statements promptly; the platform only displays the most recent 24 months.

    • Security: Always keep contact and personal information updated for uninterrupted service and security alerts.

    • Seamless Experience: Use search and filter functions for quick access to transaction records or specific statements.

DX ONLINE Credit Card Services & controls

Note: For any issues or advanced account updates (such as adding and/or removing authorized users), please follow ACU’s official support procedures or contact their help desk.

  • For Primary Account Holders:

    1. Access ACU Online Banking via the official website.

    2. Log in using your credentials.

    3. Locate the DX Online Credit Card Services section (usually found under "Cards" or "Credit Card Management").

    4. Click “Enroll” to begin setup.

    5. Enter required personal and card information:
      - Name
      - Social Security Number
      - Date of Birth
      - Email Address on file

    6. Confirm enrollment through the verification prompts.

    7. Enrollment is complete; you will receive an email confirmation.

    1. Visit the ACU Online Banking web portal.

    2. Enter your username and password.

    3. Select your credit card number

    4. Click on the relevant credit card account to access details and services.

  • From your ACU Online dashboard, click on your credit card.

    You can view:

    • Available balance

    • Current statement balance

    • Payment due date

    • Minimum payment due

    To see transactions:

    • Click "View Transactions" or "Transaction History."

    • Filter by date, merchant, or amount if desired.

    • Pending transactions will be above posted ones.

    1. Within the credit card account section, locate the “Statements” tab.

    2. Choose the month or statement period from the dropdown list.

    3. View the statement onscreen.

    4. For printing or saving:

    5. Click “Download” or “Print” as available.

  • One-Time Payment:

    1. In DX Online, click on the “Make a Payment” or “Pay Now” button.

    2. Select the linked ACU account from which the funds will be drawn.

    3. Enter source account.

    4. Choose the payment date.

    5. Confirm the payment by clicking “Submit.”

    6. Review payment confirmation pop-up and click “Confirm.”

    Automatic/Recurring Payment:

    1. In DX Online, navigate to “Automatic Payments” or “Recurring Payments.”

    2. Select the frequency (monthly, weekly, etc.).

    3. Input payment amount and start date.

    4. Link the source account.

    5. Review payment summary and confirm setup.

    6. Done! Recurring payments are now scheduled.

    1. Select the “Travel Notice” tab from within the credit card account.

    2. Click “Add Travel Notice.”

    3. Enter your travel destination(s).

    4. Select start and end dates for your trip.

    5. Confirm details and submit.

    6. Receive a confirmation indicating your travel notice is set.

  • Contact Velera or ACU.

    If your card has been compromised, contact Velera at 866-616-3402.

    1. Go to “Transaction History.”

    2. Locate the suspicious transaction and click on it.

    3. Select “Dispute Transaction.”

    4. Fill in required details (reason for dispute, date, supporting info).

    5. Submit the claim.

    6. Confirmation will display—follow up with ACU as directed.

  • For Email Address or Contact Info:

    1. Log into ACU Online Banking.

    2. Go to “My Settings.”

    3. Click “Edit” beside your email address, phone, or other data.

    4. Enter new information and save changes.
