On April 22, 2026, the servicing of your mortgage will transfer from Coca-Cola Credit Union (CCCU) to Associated Credit Union (ACU). Associated Credit Union will now hold your loan, as well as manage day-to-day servicing tasks like payment processing, statements, and escrow management.

Note: Prior to June 1st, you will only be able to view your mortgage loan in ACU Online Banking. All other Coca-Cola Credit Union accounts and documents will not be visible or accessible during this time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

In January, you were mailed an official Notice of Servicing Transfer. That notice was simply to inform you of the change in your mortgage loan servicing from CCCU to ACU.

Dovenmuehle (DMI), the mortgage sub-servicer for CCCU, has sent a notice notifying you of the transfer of the servicing of your mortgage loan to ACU.

After April 22, 2026, you can make your mortgage payments directly to Associated Credit Union through digital banking or by mail.

  • After April 22nd, you can make your mortgage payments by mail, or via ACU Digital Banking:

    • PAY ONLINE:

      • After April 22, 2026, log in to ACU Digital Banking to view your mortgage and make payments. Register at acuonline.org or download the ACU Mobile App for help getting started.

      • To enroll in ACU Online Banking for the first time, please click "SIGN UP", and use your new ACU number as your username, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and birth year as your PIN. The system will prompt you to change this information once you’re logged-in.

      • Once you are logged into ACU Digital Banking, you will see your mortgage shown under ‘My Accounts’. Click on ‘mortgage loan’ - this will open a new window that we call eStatus. In eStatus, you will be able to set up an ACH payment from any financial institution in the United States for free.

      • You can also set up Associated Credit Union as a payee for your mortgage loan, using the Bill Pay option via your primary financial institution. You will use the new loan number you were given in your mortgage servicing transfer letter, as well as the ACU address listed below, to complete this.

  • If you had automatic transfers set up through Dovenmuehle, these will be discontinued. After conversion on April 22, 2026, you will need to establish a new payment method using one of the above methods.

  • Your escrow account will transfer to ACU. We would like your help to make the transition as smooth as possible. Please forward all homeowners and flood insurance (if applicable) renewals to ACU by emailing a copy to mortgage@acuonline.org.

  • You will initially receive monthly mortgage statements from ACU via mail. After conversion on April 22, 2026, you can opt into e-statements by accessing your mortgage account through ACU Online Banking.

  • For 60 days beginning on April 22, 2026, payments will not be considered late, even if they are sent to your former servicer or if they take extra time to process. Also, no late fees will be assessed, and no negative credit reporting will occur.

  • If you change your homeowners insurance or flood insurance provider, please notify ACU as soon as possible with a copy of the new insurance emailed to mortgage@acuonline.org and include your new ACU loan number.
