Conversion Weekend Checklist
May 26 is the last day to…
Set up new ACH transfers, and schedule recurring transfers & Bill Pay payments
BILL PAY REMINDERS:
Make alternative payment arrangements—Bill Pay stops processing after May 29
Bill Pay payees, history, and eBills will not transfer during conversion
Download Bill Pay records prior to May 26, 2026
Monitor ACH and recurring transfers after conversion
May 27
Zelle® and Mobile Check Deposit will be unavailable at 5PM EST
May 28
Last day to access the AOC Branch and ATM before conversion weekend
May 29—June 1
Conversion Weekend
Temporary service interruptions will occur while systems convert. You will not have access to Online & Mobile Banking, and Branch Services & Contact Center Support during this time.
REMINDERS:
Your CCCU debit card will continue working through May 31, though brief interruptions may occur.
If you need copies of account statements, tax documents, transaction history, or other records, please download them before May 29
You may want to keep some extra cash on hand during the conversion week

Enroll in Online Banking. For step-by step instructions on how to enroll in ACU Online Banking, click HERE
Download and enroll in the ACU Mobile App
Register and add Bill Pay payees within Online Banking
Activate your new ACU Debit Card & destroy your old CCCU Debit Card.

Confirm all accounts are listed correctly, including:
Savings, Checking & Loans
IRAs, CDs, and Trust Accounts
Automatic Deposits & Payments
Some automatic transactions may require updates after conversion, including:
Payroll direct deposit
Government deposits and payments
Utilities & subscription services
Other recurring payments
*We recommend updating your payees with your new ACU electronic payment account number(s) and routing number before August 31 to allow adequate processing time.
