DEBIT card refresh
All current Coca-Cola Credit Union members with a debit card will receive a new ACU card. Your new ACU co-branded Visa® Debit Card will arrive soon. Please continue using your current card through May 31, 2026. Beginning June 1, 2026, activate and start using your new card.

Your new card provides access to more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide, continued fraud protection, and Tap-to Pay, allowing you to use your card contactless, wherever you see the Tap to Pay symbol.

Step 1: Continue using your current CCCU Debit Card through May 31, 2026.
Do not destroy your current card yet.
If traveling around this time, bring both cards with you.
Please ensure your physical address, email address, and phone number are up to date.
Step 2: Activate your new ACU co-branded Visa® Debit Card on June 1, 2026.
After activation, destroy your old card.
Step 3: Update any recurring payments to your new card to avoid service interruptions.
Your new debit card will have a new card number.
Step 4: Enjoy your new ACU co-branded debit card!
Note: Every cardholder has their own unique card number. If you have a joint owner or authorized user on your account, please notify them of the debit card conversion. They will receive a new card and must activate it as well.

Now that Coca-Cola Credit Union has merged with ACU, we are switching your Visa Debit Card processor to a new company. You will now be able to Tap to Pay with your ACU credit card for a secure, convenient, and touch-free way to checkout, where you see the contactless symbol.

No. Your new Visa Debit Card will have a new co-branded look!

Yes. All Coca-Cola Credit Union members with a current Visa Debit Card will get a new card with a new number and expiration date.

No. If you currently have a Visa Debit Card with Coca-Cola CU, you will automatically receive a new Visa co-branded Debit Card during the reissue period.

No, for any recurring transactions you will be required to update your Debit Card number with each merchant.

Automatic payments from your Visa debit card (i.e. iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) will need to be updated on or after June 1st with your new Visa debit card information to avoid interruption in service. Automatic payments from your checking account (i.e. utilities, mortgage, rent, etc.) will need to be updated on or after June 1st using Associated Credit Union’s routing number (261171338) and your NEW Electronic Payment account number.

After June 1, we encourage you to update your payees with your new Associated Credit Union electronic payment account number(s) and routing number as soon as possible. Completing these updates well before August 31 will help ensure a smooth transition and allow sufficient time for the changes to take effect.

Yes. Once you have activated your new Debit Card, please be sure to load it to your digital wallet for convenient and secure payments with online, in-app and point-of-sale transactions. If you currently use your Coca-Cola Credit Union Debit Card as default payment for subscriptions services, utilities, payment apps, etc… you will need to update your card-on-file to ensure that future payments process normally.
